At Ignition Driving School we work closely with the DSA to ensure that your Leeds driving lessons are to the highest possible standard. On your first lesson you will receive one of our welcome packs, with lots of information about learning to drive. We also supply free theory papers, and conduct mock driving tests to ensure you're on the right track. No matter what stage you're at in the learning to drive process, your Leeds driving schools instructor is with you every step of the way.

It is not our policy to offer discounted lessons or gimmicks to keep you learning to drive for longer than necessary. We understand that money may be tight and so by offering attractive but fair prices throughout your course of lessons, your Leeds driving instructor will be working hard to get you up to test standard in the shortest time possible. On average pupils taking driving lessons with Ignition Driving School need 39 hours** worth of driving lessons to get them to test standard. This is approximately 6 hours less than the national average, which is currently 45 hours of tuition combined with 22 hours of private practice as stipulated by the DSA. This is because we only recruit local driving instructors and so all your Leeds driving lessons will be focused around the Harehills or Horsforth test centres. So, by the time your test arrives, not only will you be a confident driver, but you will also be familiar with the testing area.

To get you off to a great start we offer the first 5 driving lessons for £70!* in Leeds. These driving lessons are not only a great way to get used to the controls of the car but also it gives you the opportunity to meet your driving instructor.
